Support Our School

Dear Families,

The Brownstone School community is built on a foundation of generosity, humanity and altruism. This virtuous infrastructure has allowed us to best function in the interest of our children, developing their emotional, social, intellectual and physical maturity. Since being founded in 1963, our efforts and goals have been met with great support from our parents, friends, alumni, faculty and staff, and the greater Upper West Side community members.

It is with great enthusiasm that we formally announce the start of Brownstone's Annual Giving Campaign. Participation in the Annual Giving Campaign reflects our shared commitment and support of our unique school.

Contributions to the Annual Giving Campaign allow Brownstone to make investments that further our school’s mission and meet the needs of our students. While tuition covers much of our operating budget, it does not cover it in its entirety. The Annual Fund helps close the gap between your tuition dollars and the full cost of operating our school.

We appreciate all of your contributions to this year's PA fundraising endeavors and encourage you to now be part of The Brownstone School's incredible legacy of philanthropy by making a gift to the 2019-2020 Annual Giving Campaign. Our goal is 100% participation from our families. On average, each individual family at Brownstone has generously donated $2500 to the campaign, but no donation is too great or small. It is your support and commitment to the school that is most valuable. Your special contribution of $2,500, $1,500, $500, $100, or whatever amount your family is able to give, will mean a great deal to the financial growth of our school.

Our Annual Giving Campaign runs through June 30, 2020. If you would like your donation to be included for this calendar year tax benefit, donations must be received by December 31, 2019.

To donate, please feel free to donate online on our website here or mail a check directly to the school.  Additional information about the Annual Giving Campaign can be found enclosed.  For more information, please visit our About the Annual Fund page.

On behalf of the entire Brownstone School community, we thank you for your continued support.
