Thank you for your interest in our School. Our admissions process begins when you submit an application for your child and schedule a parent tour. Throughout the process, there will be several opportunities for you to visit and learn more about our school first hand. Our goal is for you to have a clear understanding of our mission, philosophy and the community that drives The Brownstone School.
At your parent tour, you will have the chance to meet with me and Felicia Gordon, our Director. We will share with you the school’s approach to curriculum, as well as answer any questions you may have. After your meeting, a current parent will give you a tour of our facilities. This initial meeting should last about an hour and is for adults only.
In December, we will send you a link to schedule a child visit through School Admin, our online admissions portal. The child visit is a 20-25 minute small group visit that takes place in one of our classrooms.
Families are notified of our admissions decisions on Thursday, February 27, 2020, based on the dates set forth by ISAAGNY. Accepted families are asked to respond by Thursday, March 5, 2020.
